If so, we have opportunities in our Reinstatement team.Reporting to the area Reinstatement Controller, you will be responsible for the permanent reinstatement of excavations in highways, footways and other hard paved areas.What you'll doAs one of our Reinstatement Operatives based in Galmington, Taunton, you will be working in a two-person team carrying out small and large reinstatements for the business.This will include asphalt and white top work in footways and carriageways, along with repairing and replacing manhole frames and covers.You will be required to work some weekends and night shifts.What you'll needYou will be able to operate small plant, eg, pedestrian rollers, disc cutters, trench rammers and plate compactors.You should also have knowledge of material specifications and laying procedures, as well as some experience in blacktop reinstatement.A full clean driving licence and a 7.5t or 18t licence are essential. An NRSWA streetworks accreditation is preferred.We are looking for someone with a 'can-do' attitude, who is confident, driven, self-motivated, well-organised and a great team playerWhat you'll receive
