- Supporting pupils across the classroom, including those with additional needs
- Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
- Helping children build confidence, independence and a love for learning
- Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
- Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Experience working with children (in a school, nursery, or similar setting)
- A calm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- A genuine passion for education and child development
