Your day-to-day activities will include organising, implementing, and overseeing training programs, identifying training needs, scheduling and coordinating training sessions, tracking employee progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.As our next Training Co-Ordinator, you'll be driving training initiatives to align with company goals and compliance standards.   • Minimum of 1 year experience in Learning & Development or HR role
  • The ability to communicate with key stakeholders of all levels
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and training plans
  • Train the trainer qualification or willing to work towards
