  • Leading and supporting the front of house team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences by setting the tone on the floor and maintaining high service standards
  • Assisting with the training and development of FOH team members, providing guidance and feedback where needed
  • Managing bookings, floor plans, and walk-ins to maximise service flow and guest satisfaction
  • Working closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure clear communication and coordination
  • Handling guest queries or complaints confidently and professionally
  • Ensuring the venue is consistently clean, well-presented, and compliant with health & safety standards
  • Taking responsibility for opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock control as required
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Proven experience in a front of house supervisory or leadership role within a high-volume hospitality setting
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example, supporting and motivating the team on every shift
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence on the floor
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage service flow with efficiency and care
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
