What they now need, is someone to come in and own the architecture and help to shape the strategy of the business so it allows them to continue to make the best data driven decisions, which in turn allows them to grow further and stay ahead of their competition.For this role, they need a Leader who is familiar with management responsibilities as they have a small, tight knit team. They're also looking for someone who is a proven architect that can show evidence of working within a similar capacity utilising similar technologies. They're really looking for an SME to help guide the Data team and Shape the strategy of Data within the business.This is a salaried role paying between £80-£100k. You can expect a 10% discretionary bonus as well as a great benefits package. - Proven experience of leading Data Architecture and engineering initiatives
- Experience in Mesh / Medallion Architecture
- Experience of Azure Data Technologies such as Data Warehousing, Data Factory, Purview, Data Lake and Data bricks
- Experience in data modelling, database design, data integration and best practices
- Extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms and infrastructure such as Azure
