We are seeking an experienced Planner to join the team and ensure projects are carefully programmed, coordinated, and delivered on schedule. You will play a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules across a range of complex construction and utility schemes.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project programmes for construction, façade, and utility works.
  • Monitor progress against timelines, identifying and addressing delays.
  • Work closely with Project and Contracts Managers to ensure alignment between schedules and site delivery.
  • Update clients and stakeholders on programme status.
  • Analyse and report on project risks related to time and sequencing.
REQUIREMENTSSkills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Planning role within construction, utilities, or related sectors.
  • Proficient in industry-standard planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
