Role Description
  • The Business Development Representative will be responsible for fostering relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Develop sales with new and existing customers - Food Wholesalers, Cash & Carry, frozen food distributors, manufacturers etc.
  • Assisting with business development efforts
  • Attend Trade Shows
  • Creating, and executing sales strategies, and generating revenue.
  • The Business Development Representative will work collaboratively with internal teams to help drive business growth and expansion.
Qualifications
  • Account management or business development experience within Food or FMCG.
  • Experience in UK wholesale market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Food handling qualification would be desirable.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a proactive approach to sales and business development
  • Experience using CRM software, prospecting tools, and other relevant sales technologies.
  • The confidence, creativity, and drive to work independently and perform at a high level of excellence.
