What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
Conducting viewings and securing offers
Negotiating sales and maintaining client relationships
Working to achieve and exceed sales targets
Providing outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Experience in residential property sales
Well-presented and professional demeanor
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Intelligent, articulate, and commercially aware
Ambitious, driven, and highly motivated
Full UK driving licence essential
Local knowledge of Farnham and surrounding areas (preferred)
