This role is integral to the investment and development functions within the business. It involves providing high-quality financial modelling, analysis, and strategic insights to support real estate acquisitions, developments, and ongoing asset management. The position requires close collaboration with investment, development, and asset management teams to ensure informed decision-making throughout the asset lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial modelling and analysis for new acquisitions and major capital projects, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Support the Investment team with in-depth research and evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
  • Deliver analytical support to the Development Management team, tracking performance against targets and highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Create and review detailed development appraisals.
  • Assist in the preparation and ongoing update of Asset Business Plans, both at acquisition and during the holding period.
  • Gain expertise in credit rating analysis of Build-to-Rent (BTR) cashflows.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of Investment Committee reports.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key external advisors.
  • Support underwriting, structuring, and evaluating prospective real estate transactions.
  • Contribute to due diligence, market research, and commercial valuation efforts.
  • Prepare investment committee materials and assist throughout the deal process—from origination to execution.
  • Provide post-acquisition support, including ongoing asset management responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree qualified; progress toward or completion of a relevant property or finance-related professional qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to transactions and developments.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and capital structures.
  • Experience in financial analysis and modelling within a property context.
Skills and Attributes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling techniques.
  • Strong understanding of how debt and capital structure influence investment returns.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present technical material to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
