
Dynamics 365 CRM Product Analyst - Central Government

- Act as the internal champion for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, promoting best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver CRM improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions and materials to support adoption and effective use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation including user guides, process flows, and training manuals.
- Design and execute test cases for new features and system changes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
- Provide 1st/2nd line support for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, liaise with vendors where necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong relationships with business users to understand their needs and ensure the CRM platform supports their work effectively.
- Work closely with IT teams, including developers and infrastructure, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proven ability to write functional specifications and design test cases.
- Experience in delivering training and creating training documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in application support and issue resolution.
- Experience in a similar role such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, CRM Consultant, or Application Support Analyst.
- Familiarity with Agile or ITIL methodologies.
