By joining our M3 team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to these values while continuously developing your skills and knowledge.The role of Infor M3 Senior Finance Consultant (COM)As a Senior Business Consultant specialising in Customer Order Management (COM), you'll play a key role in delivering transformative Infor M3 projects focused on optimising the way businesses manage orders, pricing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes.You will work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and enhance their customer order workflows, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with business objectives. Your expertise in COM will directly influence customer satisfaction, cash flow, and operantional effecincy.Travel and Hybrid WorkingWe have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance for you and your family, whether you want to work from home or at one of our luxury Cubo offices around the UK.We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and also team meetings and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.About You (The Essentials)
  • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Customer Order Management covering, order entry and processing, pricing and discounts, delivery and shipment management, invoicing and AR integration.
  • Experience with being a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
  • Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance
  • Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
  • Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
  • Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
