At the end of May 2021 Mears had over 19000 service users across the three regions. Mears work in partnership with central and local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions to homelessness, provide more social and affordable housing and create specialist housing for people with care needs.About the Role:Due to a contract win and expansion we are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Tannochside. The main role will be to carry out a range of electrical work to our clients housing stock to ensure that electrical Installations which are worked on are safe for continued use to safeguard the service users, members of the public, clients personnel and Mears employees from any potential danger associated with electricity. The role is working within our social housing, working alongside other teams members to complete minor repairs to full repairs on kitchen and rewiring.Role Criteria:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
City & Guilds 18th Edition
Inspection and Testing qualification
Full UK driving license
Excellent communication
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Flexible and happy to travel
