Contentious Probate Solicitor, NQ-2 Years PQE, Kent, £Excellent + Benefits - Are you a junior solicitor with a passion for Contentious Probate? Ready to grow your career with a leading, regional firm that values excellence, teamwork, and flexibility? JOB REF: 0620.THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for a varied contentious probate caseload
You will assist senior solicitors on high-value, complex estate and trust disputes.
Independently manage a caseload of smaller matters with minimal supervision.
Deliver clear, empathetic advice to clients navigating sensitive, emotionally charged matters.SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in contentious probate or trusts and estate litigation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative team approach.
