Application Deadline: OngoingAbout the Role:This is a role starting ASAP and running through to Christmas 2025, providing a great opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and more experienced teachers to gain valuable experience in a thriving secondary school setting.Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Art lessons to students in Key Stages 3 & 4.
- Inspire students to express themselves through a variety of artistic techniques.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
- Contribute to the overall development of the Art curriculum.
- Support students with their artistic development, guiding them through practical skills and theory.
- A qualified teacher with a degree in Art or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Art at Key Stage 3 and 4 (ideal but not essential).
- Passionate about teaching and nurturing creativity in young people.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
- A positive, resilient attitude and a love for teaching and supporting students.
