Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)The OpportunityA rapidly growing, design-led business within the interior fit-out and acoustic solutions sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role offers the chance to take ownership of high-value projects and play a key role in the company's continued growth and success.It's an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders, and is motivated to deliver outstanding results.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will oversee projects up to £2m in value, managing them from concept through to completion. You will work across all stages - from design and planning to final handover - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.Key responsibilities:
  • Leading projects from initial design through to completion.
  • Managing multiple interior fit-out and acoustic installation projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on-site.
  • Acting as the main client contact, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes (CPAs).
  • Monitoring budgets, managing costs, and capturing all variations.
  • Identifying and resolving risks, issues, and project delays.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, health and safety standards, and industry best practice.
  • Providing regular progress and KPI reporting.
Requirements:The ideal candidate will be a confident project leader with a background in interior or fit-out project management. You will bring:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out or construction sector.
  • A successful track record of delivering projects up to £2m+ in value.
  • Strong subcontractor management and on-site coordination skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with project planning tools, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and industry best practice.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach.
