
Senior Early Careers Recruitment Advisor

- Managing full lifecycle of recruitment process for ACE apprentices, Graduate Legal Professionals, Graduate Onboarding Officers and Trainee PAs) from initial application to offer processing.
- Coordination and management of assessment centres across the Belfast office.
- Being the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and high acceptance rate.
- Manage internal and external job postings.
- Keeping the applicant-tracking system updated.
- Act as a key contact within early careers for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee trainee PA, graduate and apprentice on-boarding.
- Support the planning and execution of the annual early career's inductions (September and January intakes).
- Complete regular catch ups with the Early Careers population in business services, raising concerns when appropriate to the Early Careers Manager.
- Maintain a close working relationship with our education providers and our future early careers cohorts.
- Provide support for seat rotations, and the qualification process.
- Respond to telephone enquiries
- Attend, when required, campus events across Belfast with the Junior Advisor.
- Support the organisation of schemes, in-office events, and diversity & inclusion events.
- Present at careers events such as open evenings, insight days etc.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Early Careers.
- Several years' experience in an early careers/graduate recruitment role within professional services
- Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, including attraction, selection, and offer management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain high acceptance rates.
- Experience in organising assessment centres, inductions, onboarding processes, and internal events.
- Confident presenting and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and managing job postings.
- Ability to manage and develop junior team members.
- A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent attention to detail.
