- Perform routine servicing and defect rectification on the Embraer E190 fleet
- Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance in a high-frequency operational setting
- Participate in AOG recovery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain high levels of safety, quality, and performance
- Utilise modern technology and practices to meet operational challenges
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 Licence with at least one type rating
- Ability to obtain an airport restricted pass and an airside driving permit
- Experience in both scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Embraer 190 type rating is desirable, though type training will be provided
- Flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment
- Shift pattern: 5-5-4, guaranteed two weekends off per month
