We partner with local colleges and training providers to help them find dedicated permanent and long-term teaching staff to deliver high-quality Business courses.About the Role:
As a Business Lecturer, you will:Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies, with a focus on BTEC courses and other relevant qualificationsPlan, prepare, and assess students’ work in line with awarding body standardsProvide constructive feedback to help learners develop their skills and achieve their goalsSupport learners in developing their understanding of core business concepts, practical applications, and employability skillsContribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement within the departmentWork collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environmentEssential Requirements:Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)Strong subject knowledge in Business StudiesExperience teaching BTEC Business courses at Level 2 and/or Level 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine commitment to supporting learners from diverse backgroundsDesirable:Previous experience in further education or post-16 teachingAbility to inspire and motivate learners with creative and engaging teaching approachesKnowledge of current trends and developments in business educationWhat We Offer:
