  • Manage and provide a proactive support offering, utilising experienced knowledge of both the types of AV equipment in operations, Microsoft Teams Room application and site knowledge to ensure high availability of systems
  • Utilise the active monitoring tools within the client environment to enable proactive and efficient inspection services of all AV applications covered within the support contract
  • Ensure systematic logging of all incidents is captured on the combined reporting tools for every ticket and update to enable correct reporting and decision making based on data provided
  • Provide onsite support in order to investigate failures and respond to maintenance issues, in order to provide technical expertise and understanding to resolve issues within a timely manner and offer customer excellence
  • Liaise with the technical help-desk support team to manage incidents and provide onsite physical attributes to the technical knowledge and test criteria requested by the help-desk team
  • Provide remote assistance to regional offices for the same client which have been provided with identical systems but do not have technical assistance on a local level
  • Support and manage product warranty transactions in coordination with the technical help-desk as the physical onsite technician
  • Provide training and AV support to end users, in order to ensure that end users are aware of all functionality and correct ways of using the applications
You will ideally have
  • Experience of working in a large corporate environment with a good understanding of Audio-visual systems (Control, Audio and Video)
  • Knowledge of Crestron systems and deployment and configuration (Programming code not a requirement)
  • Knowledge of both analogue and digital systems
  • Knowledge of Sound reinforcement within events spaces
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Application variants
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Room hardware and software management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to support Client Events
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • CTS certification achieved or working towards with relevant experience (Ricoh will support final CTS qualification achievement within initial period
