This role pays a competitive salary of £40,000 - £48,000 annum DOE Responsibilities as a Personal Injury Solicitor: Manage a caseload of litigated personal injury claims. Negotiate settlement and pursue the best outcomes for clients Keep up to date with changes in the Scottish personal injury and procedural law. About you as a Personal Injury Solicitor: Qualified Scottish solicitor (Minimum 2 year's experience in personal injury law) Experience litigation file handler with demonstrable PI Litigation experience. Strong drafting and analytical skills. Experience using case management systems and digital court filing.
