You’ll love being shadowed on meetings, as well as mentoring your team and helping them grow.What makes this role different is the level of trust and autonomy you’ll get. No micro-management. No constantly shifting targets.Instead, you’ll have clear, achievable goals for you and your team, plus the freedom to deliver them your way. You’ll also have the chance to directly influence the company’s expansion by shaping sales strategy and strengthening client relationships at all levels.The rewards match the responsibility. You’ll receive a generous basic salary of up to £55k, alongside a transparent commission structure with realistic OTE exceeding £80k. You’ll also benefit from ongoing technical training to keep you ahead in a constantly evolving industry, plus full support from leadership as you grow the team and the business.You’ll already be confident selling telecoms and IT services and know how to use your knowledge to consult with business leaders at every level.
