The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the manufacturing environment. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and products using various hand tools and power tools, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and specifications.DutiesAssemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Report any defects or issues with materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly.QualificationsProven mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding assembly processes.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
