My client is a forward-thinking, RICS-regulated building consultancy providing tailored surveying and project services to public and private sector clients across the UK. As they expand their team, they’re looking for a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join them on a fully remote basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor who is eager to develop their skills further, enjoy variety in their work, and contribute to a growing, supportive team — all without being tied to a physical office location.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering a wide range of professional surveying services, including:
- Condition surveys and asset assessments
- Dilapidations and technical due diligence
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) reports
- Support project delivery from inception through to completion
- Prepare technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation under supervision
- Collaborate with senior surveyors and project teams to meet client needs
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building surveying
- Strong technical knowledge with solid report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive approach
- Positive, client-focused attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
