Successful candidates will role model the values of the Fire and Rescue Service, ensuring a fair and ethical approach to service delivery and ensuring the effective implementation of organisational policy and procedures. In addition they provide specialist advice to assist Middle Managers in the service delivery of Flood Rescue, Urban Search and Rescue and Rope Rescue.A reserve list will be created for 12 months should any additional vacancies arise after the initial intake this may also include secondments.Please note the duties and responsibilities of these posts may be subject to change.Closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on Wednesday 17 September 2025.
