The Club is dedicated to promoting the sport and ensuring the continued success of The Championships, which attract the world’s best players and millions of fans each year.The AELTC has ambitious plans for the development and enhancement of its estate, which will have a transformative impact on The Championships while creating year-round benefits for the local community.This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated candidate to lead a high-performing Estate Management team in delivering progressive and efficient estates and FM services resulting in world-class user experience. Reporting to the Estate Director and a key member of the Estate Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Estate Management will play a key role in the year-round management of the estate and the successful build-up to The Championships, ensuring seamless operational delivery for one of most iconic estates sporting facilities in the UK.The remit for the role includes strategic and operational maintenance, grounds management (excluding playing surfaces), estate compliance, helpdesk and cleaning, so we are seeking an individual with significant experience of leading estate and FM services at a senior and strategic level, preferably in a customer-focused, high public footfall environment.
