- Provide technical leadership and team management to deliver work packages effectively.
- Coordinate and communicate on complex engineering problems between project stakeholders.
- Lead design, renovation, and optimization studies for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Define ratings and technical specifications for equipment such as generators, transformers, motors, AC and DC boards, emergency systems, and cabling.
- Participate in factory acceptance and commissioning tests for electrical systems.
- Offer consulting expertise in electrical systems specific to nuclear generation units.
- Write and review of component technical specifications (performance, scope of supply and limits of supply definition, design requirements, applicable criteria to be fulfilled, etc.).
- Provide technical review and responding to site queries and requested changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support contractor activities on HPC site.
- Bachelor's or master's in Electrical Engineering.
- Chartered or working towards Chartership, or with equivalent experience.
- Proven skills in electrical systems design and safety, including knowledge of nuclear safety functions and classification.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years working in the nuclear industry.
- Proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Agile and self-motivated, with a focus on improving personal and team performance and able to generate innovative outcomes to challenges.
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects and can demonstrate ability to deliver high quality work packages to schedule.
