This role focuses on placing specialist engineering talent across the fast-growing nuclear energy and clean-tech sector in the US and Canada.This is a pure delivery role - no cold calling or business development. With strong client relationships already in place, the focus is purely on identifying, engaging, and delivering top-quality candidates. Consultants work evening hours to align with US time zones, but this comes with the advantage of large fees, senior-level placements, and strong earning potential.What you'll do
  • Source, interview, and manage highly skilled engineering candidates
  • Write engaging job adverts and oversee end-to-end processes
  • Build lasting relationships and grow market expertise in a high-demand sector
  • Work closely with a collaborative, supportive team
What they are looking for
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in recruitment delivery/resourcing or proven candidate sourcing
  • Strong communicator with a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage fast-moving, technical searches
  • Interest in engineering, clean energy, or sectors driving global change
What you'll get
  • Up to £35,000 basic salary DOE
  • Realistic OTE £65,000
  • 4.5-day working week (Friday finish at 1pm)
