Chiller Production OperativeLocation: Westbury, BA13Working Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm (12 hours shift patterns at peak 7am-7pm)Pay rate: £13.51 (£13.83 when you move to the 12 hour shift patterns at peak)Contract: Fixed term contract (First week of October - Friday 2nd January 2026)Start date: First week of OctoberWe are looking for 2 Chiller Production Operatives to join our client based in Westbury. You'll be working in the transit chiller, ensuring the correct cheeses are supplied to our selection lines. Attention to detail is key - getting the right cheese for the right product is crucial. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a cold environment. (Full PPE provided)Key Responsibilities:
  • Control stock and deliver correct cheese to selection lines
  • Ensure stock rotation is adhered to
  • Carry out "Clean so you go" duties
  • Apply good manufacturing practices (GMP) to maintain food safety & quality
  • Comply with company hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Previous FMCG experience (Essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
  • Good communication & teamwork skills
  • Food safety & Hygiene Level 2 (advantage)
  • Good timekeeping * reliability
