- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business groups, from intake through offer
- Consult with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, events, and direct outreach
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Build strong relationships with local and regional hiring managers and HRBPs
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, market trends, and recruiting challenges
- Conduct recruitment intake meetings and post-hire debriefs to support continuous improvement
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure an inclusive, professional, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Conduct screening interviews, assess qualifications, and guide candidates through the process
- Collaborate with shared services for timely interview scheduling, documentation, and background checks
- Local Market Expertise
- Maintain knowledge of local labor markets, compensation expectations, and sourcing trends
- Represent the company at career fairs, community events, and regional university partnerships as needed
- Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure all requisitions, candidate notes, and offer decisions are documented in the ATS
- Partner with HR and legal teams to ensure hiring practices are compliant with local labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or high-tech environment
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing deadlines
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across time zones in a global team environment
- Strong Business Partnership Skills: Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and influence decision-making through data and market insights
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of regional talent pools, competitive landscape, and sourcing channels
- Time Management: Able to manage a high-volume requisition load while meeting deadlines and service levels
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment with evolving workforce needs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with Shared Services and HR colleagues across geographies to ensure seamless delivery
- Sourcing Proficiency: Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Talent Acquisition Specialist, referrals, and niche platforms
- Analytical Thinking: Uses data and metrics to track performance, improve outcomes, and advise stakeholders
- Diversity Focused: Committed to inclusive hiring practices and promoting diverse candidate pipelines
- Confidentiality: Handles sensitive candidate and business information with integrity and discretion

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
