This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a close-knit engineering team within a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation. Operating within the construction and temporary works sector, the role focuses on technical leadership, product development, and ensuring compliance with British and international standards, both in the UK and globally.This role is ideal for a Chartered or experienced Structural or Civil Engineer with a background in steel or temporary works systems.   • Lead and mentor a small team of technicians to deliver technical excellence.
  • Oversee design, analysis, and verification of products and installations.
  • Provide technical support to clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Guide the development of new products within regulatory frameworks.
  • Ensure all outputs meet current British and international standards.
