Accommodation: Staff accommodation availableAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef to take the lead on desserts at a Michelin Guide-listed, 3 AA Rosette restaurant just outside Lichfield. This is a rare opportunity to step into a creative, high-performance kitchen and contribute to an already outstanding offering.With a modern approach to British cuisine and an emphasis on tasting menus and seasonal produce, the team are passionate about pushing boundaries while maintaining technical excellence.
