Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)We are hiring for an Electrical Inspector who is experienced in conducting EICRs and inspections in commercial and industrial environments. This is a mobile field-based role and you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant condition of fixed electrical installations for a wide range of clients.Duties of an Electrical InspectorIn this role you will be working as part of the inspection and testing team to ensure all installations meet compliance and safety standards. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).Identifying and documenting defects and safety risks in systems.Providing clear written reports and recommendations.Inspecting a range of systems, including wiring, switchgear, and control equipment.Maintaining accurate documentation and tool calibration records.Skills and experience of an Electrical InspectorAs an Electrical Inspector, you need to have experience with:Commercial and industrial fixed wire inspection and testing.Testing and fault diagnosis using electrical testing tools.Electrical compliance in accordance with BS7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.It would be beneficial to the Electrical Inspector role if you also had:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience using CRM systems and generating concise digital reports.Valid UK driving licence for site travel.What
