An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager in Nottingham, offering a competitive rate of £22.14 - £23.14 per hour. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC Pin, possess strong knowledge of National Standards and the NMC Code of Practice, and have experience in person centred care planning within a care home. Above all, we are looking for someone with positive energy, kindness, and a natural ability to build relationships, who can mentor colleagues, manage time effectively, and maintain meaningful records.In this role, you will champion a culture of compassion and respect, ensuring every resident is treated as an individual. You will take responsibility for the delivery of exceptional clinical care, providing specialist nursing advice, supervising and coaching colleagues, and leading the home in the Manager’s absence. Safeguarding is a key priority, so you will be confident in recognising, reporting, and escalating any concerns to maintain the highest standards of resident safety and wellbeing.The successful candidate will also foster an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace, where every team member feels valued and empowered.
