- Support the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all areas are clean, organized and operational.
- Maintains standard vendor services such as cleaning, landscaping, etc.
- Maintains contractor management program to include reviews, onboarding and oversight of work activities.
- Manages supplies and inventory, helping track and restock facility-related supplies.
- Works closely with the facility and facility associates to provide prompt response to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Conducts regular inspections of the facilities to identify areas for improvement and maintaining a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Perform general maintenance support tasks such as basic upkeep activities, changing light bulbs, assist with setup/breakdown of facilities for events and meetings, minor repairs, reporting larger maintenance issues and/or other miscellaneous tasks and duties as assigned.
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure safe and timely completion of escalated repairs and maintenance tasks
- Help monitor and control physical site security by conducting patrols, verifying access permissions, and reporting suspicious activities.
- Support operation of site security systems and access management systems.
- Support maintaining a strong safety culture within the work environment by way of
- Audit/Compliance Inspections (Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Ladder Inspection, Eye Wash Inspection etc.).
- Hazard Communication Standard compliance.
- Assist in maintaining HSE training programs to satisfy specific regulatory and Bosch requirements, and to improve overall environmental, safety and health performance within the company.
- Monitor activities where accidents could occur, halting any operation or activity that constitutes an imminent hazard to personnel, environment or equipment.
- Support fleet related topics as needed.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Security Training/Certificate
- Technical Certification in Facilities Maintenance or Related Field
- Knowledge of Federal/State Safety and Environmental Regulations
- Knowledge of Environmental and/or Safety & Health Management Systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in various environments.
- Experience using different software and programs outside of MS Platform
- Experience using MS software included TEAMS, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Experience in Facilities Maintenance or similar role
- Experience in Security Administration
- Strong knowledge in building systems, including electrical, plumbing, general construction and HVAC
