- Align with our Global head of Programs to, implement, and continuously optimize the global framework for all partner programs including tiering models, benefits, requirements, and compliance policies, ensuring competitiveness and strategic alignment.
- Oversee the development and management of our partner agreements and policy documentation, ensuring legal and financial compliance across regions and partner types.
- Establish and enforce consistent global rules of engagement for all partnership types to minimize conflict and maximize mutual value.
- Own the strategic vision, ongoing administration, and continuous optimization of our core Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system as the central operational hub for our global partner ecosystem to create a unified and automated partner operational environment.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to enhance partner program delivery and operational efficiency and the "Ease of Doing Business" for our partners.
- Define, track, and report on key partnership performance metrics across all partner types (e.g., partner-sourced revenue, pipeline, solution implementations, joint development, partner activity, certification growth, MDF ROI, partner satisfaction).
- Develop and manage the automated reporting infrastructure, creating comprehensive dashboards and performance insights for channel leadership, regional teams, and executive management.
- Establish and maintain robust data governance standards for all partner-related information, ensuring data quality and reliability across global operations
- Collaborate closely with partner enablement teams to operationalize the delivery of training materials, certification programs, and access to partner-facing tools and resources.
- Design and implement efficient internal and external support mechanisms (e.g., helpdesk, knowledge base) to resolve operational inquiries from partners and internal stakeholders promptly.
- Champion initiatives focused on improving the overall "Ease of Doing Business" for partners through operational improvements and simplified processes.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Partner Operations, Alliance Operations, Business Operations, or related functions within the enterprise software (ERP preferred), SaaS, or B2B technology sector.
- 5+ years in a global or regional leadership role, managing complex operations across diverse geographies and partner types.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing, implementing, and managing global partner programs, policies, and operational frameworks.
- Deep practical experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Allbound) and their strategic integration with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and ERP (IFS Cloud) platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to define KPIs, develop insightful dashboards, and extract actionable insights from large datasets to drive strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, drive significant process improvements, and manage large-scale change initiatives in a dynamic, global environment.
