- Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Manage all day-to-day queries, new business, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
- Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
- Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
- A desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry
- A thirst for learning and the opportunity to study for further insurance related qualifications
- Prior insurance experience, although this is not essential
