The successful applicant will manage their own portfolio of clients and be responsible for servicing a range of commercial insurance policies.This is a superb opportunity to launch a career within a sustainable and exciting industry that provides aspirational individuals the platform for a long-term insurance career.As a Trainee Client Advisor, once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, this can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented.What can you expect:

We will rely on you to:
  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Manage all day-to-day queries, new business, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
What you need to have:
  • Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
  • Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
