- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Process sales orders and update internal CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and quotations
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and service
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Handle general administrative tasks related to telesales operations
- Previous experience in a telesales, customer service, or sales admin role
- Confident telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
- A proactive, target-driven approach with attention to detail
- Previous administration skills or related field
- All training provided and additional support throughout
