Role PurposeThe Associate Commercial Manager supports commercial operations across strategic projects, ensuring costs, cash flow, budgets, procurement, and contracts are effectively managed. The role bridges project management, financial reporting, and development teams to help deliver major development schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Construction: Support due diligence, feasibility estimating, cost planning, risk assessment, and commercial aspects of bids.Delivery: Ensure best practice quantity surveying, cost control, change management, cashflow forecasting, and compliance with procurement procedures.Procurement: Assist in contractor selection, negotiations, and recommending procurement routes.
