- Schedule and dispatch urgent work, liaising with teams as needed.
- Manage schedules to meet SLAs, focusing on incident response.
- Make in-day changes and liaise with Ops teams to ensure work is completed within SLA.
- Manage the impact of unplanned absences and rota changes.
- Use scheduling software (SAP, Sales Force, EScada, etc.) efficiently.
- Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
- Identify issues and develop solutions promptly.
- Anticipate risks and apply dynamic solutions.
- Liaise with external bodies like the Highway Authority for effective scheduling
- Organisational Skills: Break down complex tasks and ensure everything is accounted for.
- Detail-Oriented: No aspect of the schedule is overlooked.
- Resourcefulness: Find creative solutions to scheduling conflicts.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Adjust plans quickly to unexpected changes.
