
Marketing Manager

- - Take ownership of the CRM strategy to drive database growth
- - Lead an optimize paid media, PPC and search campaigns to deliver revenue growth
- - Monitor website performance to enhance user journey and drive conversion
- - Report on key digital metrics, including traffic, ROI and competitor analysis
- - Collaborating with CRM Manager and Social Media Manager to increase brand visibility
- - Manage and execute seasonal campaigns ensuring alignment with the brand.
- - Maintain strong relations with third party and local relationships with local councils, BIDS, and community stakeholders.
- - Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including new venue launches.
- - Min 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or experiential leisure.
- - Strong digital marketing expertise, including CRM, PPC, paid social, and analytics (Sprouts socials, google analytics, Meta adverts)
- - Demonstrated success managing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and review,
- - Excellent stakeholder and team management skills—comfortable working cross-functionally,
- - A creative thinker who’s passionate about brand storytelling and performance marketing,
- - Confident analysing performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
