Our goal is to provide technology that delivers an exceptional customer experience that is both easy and reliable.Job PurposeWorking in a dynamic environment the Delivery Manager is responsible for the technical delivery of change for applications and platforms within the easyJet Technology estate. The role works closely with business teams, architects, business analysts and portfolio to deliver Technology change that meets the needs of projects and programmes within easyJet’s enterprise portfolio.
This also includes overseeing product teams that manage the continuous improvement of existing products and services and working with third party suppliers to manage and coordinate external deliveryWhat you’ll need to do the roleChange Delivery. Own and manage the technology change project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of new products and services, both from easyJet Technology teams and third-party suppliersOwnership and Delivery. Has a clear focus to deliver results, working to targets, reviewing progress, and adapting their plans, accordingly, motivating themselves/the team to achieve.Building Relationships. Expresses ideas confidently and clearly, builds positive and constructive relationships with others, gets to know colleagues within their own team and supports them to ensure team goals are achieved.Continuous Improvement. Continuously drives process improvements both internal in solution delivery and in the wider Technology community.QualificationsSkills & Experience⦁ Proven portfolio of delivering IT projects to time, cost, and quality in a multi-channel landscape
⦁ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
⦁ Strong understanding of software development principles, including lifecycle models and agile methodologies
⦁ Experience managing in an agile development environment
⦁ Proven experience in managing both portfolios and financials effectively
⦁ Strong skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders
⦁ Practical knowledge of current IT technologies and working practices
