- You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Business, Sport, or A levels in Law.
- A full Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g., DET, PGCE) or willingness to work towards this.
- D1 (minibus) driving licence or willingness to obtain.
- Assessor awards and a management qualification are desirable.
- At least 3 years' successful teaching experience in a relevant subject area (Uniformed Services, Sport, or related).
- Experience delivering awarding body programmes (NCFE/BTEC).
- Team leadership and curriculum management experience.
- Proven track record in supporting and developing teaching staff.
- Understanding of FE funding and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to inspire and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- High standards of classroom practice and a commitment to learner achievement.
- Strong IT skills and experience integrating technology into the curriculum.
- Willingness to participate in residential trips and enrichment activities.
- Self-motivated team player dedicated to ongoing professional development.
