Location: Shopping Centres - White Rose Shopping Centre, LeedsThe White Rose Shopping Centre is a premier shopping destination in Leeds, offering a wide range of retail, dining, and entertainment options. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all our visitors. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador to join our team. As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be the face of the White Rose Shopping Centre, ensuring that every visitor has a positive and memorable experience.Key Responsibilities: · Greet and assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about the shopping centre.· Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.· Assist with promotional events and activities within the shopping centre.· Maintain a clean and organised guest services area.· Collaborate with other team members, wider departments and the Management team to ensure a seamless visitor experience.Qualifications:· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years in retail or similar background
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
