Our client is seeking a Quality Manager who will oversee all aspects of quality control in their manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will take on a proactive role in ensuring the company's commitment to quality is upheld across all operations.As Quality Manager you will report into the Operations Manager with following responsibilities;
  • Effectively maintain and monitor the Quality Management System.
  • The resolution of appropriate non-conformities within the system.
  • Regular management reviews of the Quality Management System.
  • Support combined Internal audit Schedule in accordance with MS
  • To comply with quality audit procedures and management review decisions.
  • Assist and resolve any appropriate quality problems as they arise from customer or supplier complaints, production and QC testing.
  • Set annual quality objectives for quality and monitor progress to achieve
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on matters related to quality
  • Manage, issue and track documents within the QMS
  • Carry out internal audits, complete report, issue actions and follow up
  • Contribute to the Quality Meetings & Reports on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Minute and manage actions from quality meetings as required
  • Immediately report any incident which management need to address using the appropriate reporting systems in place
  • Ensure that all duties/activities associated within quality department are carried out in compliance to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management systems

  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering or Quality Management
  • Excellent understanding of QMS and ISO9001:2015
  • BTEC/HNC in relevant subject
  • Experience of Quality Assurance within a relevant manufacturing industry
