- Monitor and maintain stock integrity throughout the fulfilment centre
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Investigate stock differences, adjustments, relocation, physical and virtual checks
- Perform accuracy checks on other functional areas of the operation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Excellent IT skills especially MS Office and WMS knowledge
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
