This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers to deliver high-quality maths education and foster problem-solving skills across Key Stages.As a Maths Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ understanding of mathematical concepts, encouraging critical thinking and confidence in numeracy.Responsibilities as a Maths Teacher:
- Deliver curriculum-aligned Maths lessons across Key Stages.
- Inspire students to develop mathematical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the Maths department’s goals.
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Specialism in Maths or related discipline.
- Recent teaching experience in UK schools preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
- A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
