- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external use.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to queries regarding financial processes and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members in the Accounting & Finance department to ensure smooth operations.
- Help monitor budgets and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial procedures and systems.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the Not For Profit sector.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of approximately £13.00-16.50, based on experience.
