- FRCS (T&O) or Equivalent
- Entry on Specialist Register (or CCT / CESR expected within 6 months of interview)
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to lead an efficient trauma theatre
- Ability to organise and manage outpatient priorities
- Ability to manage and lead an orthopaedic trauma multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to use evidence-base and clinical audit to support decision making
- Ability to apply research outcomes to clinical problems
- Ability to teach clinical skills to medical, nursing staff and other disciplines
- Experience of teaching clinical skills to undergraduates and postgraduates
- Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of patients
- How would you ensure you represent MFT in a positive way?
- One to two years UK BreasClinical training and experience to CCT standardst Experience
- Expertise in managing wide range of foot and ankle pathologies, foot and ankle surgery including foot and ankle trauma.
- Experience in managing diabetic feet and surgical management of diabetic feet.
