If you’re eager to contribute to a high-growth business in a thriving sector, this is your opportunity.Role OverviewYou’ll be responsible for both outbound sales and strategic account management. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients and maximising the value of existing accounts.Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and ongoing account management
  • Build and maintain commercially focused relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with internal teams to feed back customer insights and ensure service alignment
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and client engagement in the CRM
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • A commercially focused, self-starting mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • CRM experience is essential
  • Solar or renewable energy knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement
What’s On Offer
  • Base salary of £30,000 – £40,000 DOE, with bonus potential up to £7,000
