- Work as a project co-ordinator – managing timelines, tracking progress, and escalating issues where needed.
- Report regularly to senior managers on risks, concerns, and progress against timescales.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels, building strong working relationships to ensure plans are embedded.
- Support with risk assessments, continuity planning, and scenario exercises (training provided if needed).
- Ensure plans and reporting are clear, consistent, and aligned across sites.
- Someone with experience in coordinating projects or administration, who’s comfortable working to deadlines.
- Well organised, with the ability to keep things on track and produce clear updates when needed.
- A confident communicator who can build good relationships at all levels, including with senior managers.
- Comfortable using IT systems (Microsoft Office, Excel or similar tools).
- Naturally curious and solution-focused – you like to spot potential issues and find practical ways forward.
